The interior renovation recentres daily life around the primary living zones by freeing the kitchen from its enclosed room and drawing it into the open plan, cultivating a sophisticated environment with a heightened sense of space.
A sculptural anchor
At the heart of the reordered living space sits the monolithic kitchen island—a single, commanding three-metre plate of stainless steel that serves as the centrepiece and spatial anchor of the home. Sinks are welded directly into the benchtop with meticulous precision, achieving a seamless, unified integration.
A restrained palette
The design is defined by quiet restraint and a limited palette of textures and tones. In the bathrooms, new terrazzo tiling is paired with Inax Japanese tiles, allowing raw material depth, clean lines, and fine details to gently shape the spatial experience.
